What Did Some of the Indians the Frinks Encountered Do
The Frinks, an American family exploring the West in the 1800s, encountered several Native American tribes during their travels. Some of these tribes were peaceful and traded with the Frinks, while others were hostile and attacked them. The Arapaho tribe welcomed the Frinks and even helped them repair their wagon after it broke down. The Cheyenne tribe, however, stole their horses and threatened them with violence. The Frinks quickly learned that not all Indians were the same and that it was important to approach each encounter with caution.
